Apptechx IT Solutions executes all custom software engineering projects on a transparent, milestone-driven workflow. Payments are divided according to project phases (UI/UX Design, Beta Build, Core Development, QA Audit, Deployment).
If a client cancels a project before the initiation of Sprint Phase 1 (UI/UX wireframing), a 100% refund of the advance deposit will be processed minus administrative onboarding transaction fees (if applicable) within 5-7 working days.
Once a specific milestone is reviewed, approved, and signed off during weekly live sprint demos, payments for that completed milestone become non-refundable as engineering resources and IP assets have been committed and transferred.
Every project includes 30 to 60 days of free post-launch SLA warranty support. If any critical bug or defect is identified post-launch, our engineering team fixes it free of charge as part of our quality guarantee.
To request a milestone refund or cancellation, please email our billing department at contact@apptechx.in with your project agreement reference. Refunds are credited via original payment methods within 7 business days.
