Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Apptechx IT Solutions ("Company", "We", "Us") for mobile application development, website engineering, SaaS platforms, or IT consultation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon final milestone payment and formal project sign-off, 100% full source code ownership, intellectual property rights, Git repositories, and design assets are irrevocably transferred to the client. You retain exclusive commercial rights to operate, modify, and scale your software application.

3. Custom Development & Milestone Execution

All custom software development projects follow a transparent 6-step engineering methodology:

• Step 1: Requirement Analysis & Scope Lock-down
• Step 2: Architecture & UI/UX Figma Mockup Sign-off
• Step 3: Agile Sprint Development & Weekly Live Demos
• Step 4: Quality Assurance & Penetration Security Audit
• Step 5: Cloud Deployment & Store Publishing
• Step 6: 30 to 60 Days SLA Post-Launch Warranty

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback on weekly sprint releases, granting necessary third-party API keys (e.g. Firebase, Payment Gateways, Meta WhatsApp API), and providing Apple / Google Developer accounts for store publishing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Apptechx IT Solutions guarantees ISO 9001 quality code standards. Under no circumstances shall the Company be held liable for third-party cloud infrastructure outages (AWS, Vercel, Google Cloud), unannounced store policy changes, or client-side server misconfigurations.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Haryana / Delhi NCR, India.
